Convincing performance – Using additional TeDaLoS systems to create a digital twin at automotive supplier Miba!

In 2017, Miba began testing TeDaLoS sensors in electroplating facilities as well as operations and auxiliary material warehouses at multiple locations. As a result of the system’s outstanding performance, a rollout was carried out in 2019 at the sites in Laakirchen, in the production and headquarters, and soon also in Vorchdorf. Michael Trausner, Lead Buyer at Miba, sums up positively: “Implementing the TeDaLoS system makes digitalised – and thus streamlined – purchasing and logistics processes a reality. Securing supply: KNÜPPEL VERPACKUNG uses sensor-based Kanban at pump manufacturer

The large variety of material groups – from e.g. small, lightweight bags and adhesive tape to large-format cardboard boxes delivered on pallets – has led to a need for a more universal method of KANBAN demand detection – which has now been found with TeDaLoS technology.

Marco Growe, Sales Director Knüppel: “The TeDaLoS cloud software does the conversion and interpretation into information content, which we can transfer directly into the material management system. With TeDaLoS, we make sensor and automation methods usable for us internally and for our customers.”
