For more than six decades, Fischer Brot has been known and appreciated as a bakery that combines traditional baking skills with the taste of the times. In order to ensure the availability of maintenance-relevant materials, the company relies on TeDaLoS technologies – consisting of smart sensors, wireless transmission technology, European cloud software and a digital twin.
